The 4 part series was developed with an eye on assisting aspiring individuals in the community to explore entrepreneurship as a potential career path. The series will include everyday fundamentals from understanding the entrepreneurial mindset, how to recognize and evaluate opportunities, how to create a business and marketing plan and how to secure startup funding.
What’s the next big idea to come out of the Jewish community? On June 9th, members of the Tri-state Jewish community will have a chance to pitch their start-up ventures to a panel of experienced entrepreneurs in the Crown Heights Young Entrepreneurs second annual "Fund-It" event.
The state of the art site will host a plethora of new features, including a custom knowledge base, with access to a growing list of resources and articles on startup and business strategy, an ask the expert portal, giving access and information from industry leaders.
According to Rabbi Yehoshua Werde, Director of CHYE “workshops are topic specific talks given by experts on the matter. They allow attendees to hone in on specific issues, questions and best practices in the business world.”
