This program will provide business owners with a solid foundation in key areas
that make the difference for small businesses.
We are all pulled in many directions, but businesses that handle the following
things effectively will likely be successful:
• You must have a Coherent Brand. This means that people know who you
are and what you are actually committed to
• You must service your clients effectively
• You must have a Business Development Machine. This brings potential
clients to you reliably
• You must manage your time effectively so that you get done everything
that needs to get done; including taking care of yourself and your family.
Also: You must manage your finances effectively. We will not address this area
in this program.
In this program, we will provide an overview of each of the above areas, giving you the
understanding and the tools necessary to move forward effectively. Everyone who puts this work into action will see a rapid shift in their business success.
This program takes place in two parts:
1. Two hours of program to provide a foundational familiarity with the above areas
2. A 90-minute workshop for program participants only, in which participants will choose
one area of their business (from the above) in which to create a real strategy for
Part 2 of the program is optional. Participants will have the opportunity to look at this area
deeply and get some direct support. They will leave with a path to addressing this area
