Joe Brikman, a visionary thinker who puts his thoughts into action.

The Modern Day Agent & Leader of the Modern Day Team, Joe spent the last Half Decade establishing himself in the South Florida Real estate market as a leader who ensures his clients' success and happiness. Dedicating his adult life working to help others in need and create opportunities where others don't bother looking. It shows itself the way he leads his team, The Angels, and in his ability to look at the bigger overall picture. His vision and forward-thinking mindset has allowed him to overcome his life challenges, to rise above the circumstances, and come out stronger.

Joe has successfully transacted over $340,000,000 million dollars in residential and commercial Real Estate sales & finance establishing the Modern Day Team, an Elite Luxury Team in the top 3% of his brokerage.

To date, Joe has worked with over 350 clients, and founded “ HUNGRY NO MORE” A Non-Profit organization aimed at saving perishable foods from the trash, and redistributing to the homeless.

Prior to Real Estate, Joe completed his service in the Israel Defense Forces as a Sergeant in the Paratroopers brigade and was discharged with Honors in 2020. Most recently Joe spent 44 days in IDF combat reserves on the frontlines, after the hamas massacre on October 7th, 2023.

As of July 2025, Joe was awarded and recognized on the 20 Under 40 list from the Miami Association Of Realtors.

To date, Joe has coached over 100 companies and built long-lasting relationships with their owners even after he left his positions. After being interviewed on Israeli news, Joe used this opportunity to spread awareness to the struggles one might face while dealing with life's challenges and has set out on a mission to create a business environment for those less fortunate who are serious and want to learn.
